Dredging operations on the Outer Basin Hull Marina are scheduled to start on 11th December 2015, according to the British Waterways Marinas Ltd.
BWML and Hull City Council have been granted the licence to dredge the marina lock approaches in the outer tidal basin.
The dredging will take place across the weekend from Friday, 11th December, and the estimated completion date is Monday, 14th December 2015.
“ To facilitate the dredging the lock will be closed to vessel traffic from 20:42(UT) 11/12/15 returning to normal operations from 17:06(UT) 14/12/15, ” BWML said in an announcement.
The dredging project will be undertaken by chartered ABP Sea Horse.
