Royal IHC – engaged in construction activities for the specialist maritime sector – attended the African Mining Summit at the Hilton Bomonti Hotel in Istanbul on 25-26 November 2015.
The summit was organised by GRV Global Ltd. in partnership with the Turkish government and Taner Yildiz Minister of Energy and Natural Resources.
The main aim of the event was to to inform delegates on the latest developments in Africa’s mining sector, showcase Africa and Turkey’s strong potential as an investment destination and promote dialogue between the principal public and private sector players.
On Thursday, Henk van Muijen, Director of IHC Mining, covered an interesting presentation on mining markets, developments and innovations, for now and in the future.
IHC Mining designs, builds and supplies advanced mining vessels and equipment, ranging from mining dredgers and crawlers, slurry transport systems and mineral separation plants, to plant automation and control.
