NIRAS – providing professional marine engineering and environmental consultancy services for dredging and marine aggregates extraction sectors – has completed the acquisition of respected marine ecology consultancy, CMACS.
Following the acquisition , Dr Tim Norman, Managing Director of NIRAS Consulting Ltd , said: “ I am delighted that we have joined forces with CMACS, who have a wealth of experience and expertise in marine and coastal ecology. Our combined teams now offer a full range of marine, intertidal and coastal survey and assessment services. ”
Dr Ian Gloyne-Phillips will manage the NIRAS coastal and marine ecology team which is based in Liverpool. Dr Terry Holt becomes Technical Director, based in the Isle of Man.
