The HUESKER Group, a Germany based manufacturer of geosynthetics and technical textiles, has just released a video about the Lake Sedlitz erosion protection project.
This scheme involved works on a 1.500m long cliff erosion protection at the Lake Sedlitz, using SoilTain Coastal Protection Tubes – a registered trademark of HUESKER Synthetic GmbH.
The main goal of the project was a reliable final raising of the lake level directly at the village of Lieske.
The SoilTain dewatering tube is a technical textile containment system made from a specially developed woven filter that is used to dewater a wide variety of sludge types.
