During yesterday’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, Ms. I. Haaijer was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. for a four year term.
Ms. Haaijer (47) fulfills the function of President & CEO of DSM Food Specialties and is member of the Business Council of Royal DSM N.V.
She has formerly occupied the positions of Non-Executive Director and Board Member of RPC Group Ltd, President of DSM Personal Care and CEO of Philips AVENT.
Ms. Haaijer is considered to be very qualified to fulfill the function within the Supervisory Board due to her extensive management experience which she gathered at a diverse group of international stock listed companies.
