The Local Organizing Committee, the National Committee for Coastal and Ocean Engineering, Engineers Australia, PIANC Australia and the Institute of Professional Engineers New Zealand (IPENZ) will this year hold the Coasts and Ports 2017 event.
The event will bring together engineers, planners, scientists and researchers to Cairns, to focus on the technological, scientific, policy, planning and design issues related to the region’s diverse and developing coasts.
The main aim of the conference is to integrate ideas and knowledge among engineers, port and maritime operators, researchers and scientists, local/central government, maritime manufacturers, planners and policy makers and media.
The Coasts & Ports Conference will take place from 21-23rd June 2017 at the Cairns Convention Center.
