Pembrokeshire County Council’s planning committee has unanimously approved Conygar Stena Line’s application for first phase of the Fishguard Harbor Marina project.

Conygar Stena Line is a joint venture between The Conygar Investment Co and Stena Line.

This is the first of five phases of the development and it focuses on infrastructure.

The completed Fishguard Harbor Marina project will consist of a commercial area, residential apartments and retail facilities.

Robert Ware, Chief Executive of Conygar , said: “We are pleased that planning consent has been granted for this phase of the development. It is an important step towards Conygar delivering the full residential development and the benefits of the marina and its facilities to the area.”
