Piedroba to Receive Bids for Leeward Maintenance Dredging

Piedroba Consulting Group (PCG) has just announced that they will receive proposals on behalf of its client for the maintenance dredging of the Leeward Channel in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The Turks and Caicos Islands are an island chain in the North Atlantic Ocean, southeast of the Bahamas, northwest of Puerto Rico and north of Hispaniola.

The works include maintenance dredging (-12 meters) and stockpiling of approximately 91,500 cubic yards of material, Piedroba said.

Additionally, the works include the installation and replacement of navigation aid lanterns and buoys per the specification.

The deadline to submit proposals is May 1 st , 2017.
