The City of Fairhope, Alabama, has invited bidders to submit their offers for the ‘Fly Creek Marina Seawall Improvements 2017’ project.

The work consists of removal and replacement of approximately eighty feet of existing timber bulkhead.

Approximately three feet of existing bulkhead will be removed at the east property corner to square off the bulkhead and increase slip lengths.

Also included in this project is dredging of slips 1 through 30, repairs to mooring piles and finger piers, and repair and enhancement of the fuel dock to include a fuel pump overhead cover, the city said in its announcement.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the City of Fairhope Conference Room at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2017.

The deadline for the Fly Creek Marina Seawall tender is May 9, 2017.
