As from today, the subsidiaries Eraerts Dragages et Entreprises SA, Envisan International SA and Sol&Val SA will no longer exist within Jan De Nul Group.

Eraerts Dragages et Entreprises SA, based in Fleurus, merges with Jan De Nul NV in Hofstade and Envisan International SA in Fleurus and Sol&Val SA in Saint-Ghislain, merge with Envisan NV/SA, also based in Hofstade.

“Through these two mergers, Jan De Nul Group optimizes both its internal organization and the services to our clients,” Jan De Nul said in its announcement.

Eraerts Dragages et Entreprises SA has over 40 years of experience in civil construction works in Belgium and has become a household name within this industry, Envisan International SA and Sol&Val SA both have over 25 years of experience in environmental works.

“Because of the growing number of sites and their geographical spread, Jan De Nul Group increasingly felt the need for a central coordination point,” the company said.

As cooperation with Jan De Nul NV and Envisan NV/SA, under the umbrella of Jan De Nul Group, was already obvious, merging both companies was a logical next step, according to the release.
