As part of their ongoing Integrated Planning Initiative, the Port of San Diego will host its Open House on Thursday, May 11, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. at the National City Aquatic Center in National City, CA.

This event will provide an opportunity for the public and stakeholders to get an update on the proposed draft goals for the Planning Districts, the Mobility Element and the Economic Development Element that were presented to the Board of Port Commissioners on April 27, the port said.

The Open House will kick off with a presentation on the Port Master Plan Update by Port Chairman Robert Valderrama.

“It will also include several breakout information stations where attendees can engage with members of the Port’s planning team to ask questions, learn more about this important initiative, and provide comments and feedback to inform this process,” according to the official announcement.

The comments will be considered in the drafting of the Port Master Plan Update, the port said.
