The Dorena-Hickman Ferry has resumed operation after being shut down for six days due to the dredging operations in Hickman Harbor, the company said in its latest announcement.

The ferry had to halt operation last Thursday so the dredging vessel could remove silt from the harbor.

Work is completed, so the ferry resumed its normal schedule yesterday, the Dorena-Hickman Ferry said.

There may be some delays caused by dredging equipment that has not yet been removed.
