Bass River Marina has submitted a permit application to conduct work on the Bass River (Horsefoot Cove) in West Dennis, MA, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England, said in its latest announcement.

Proposed work and structures consist of:

The decision whether to issue a permit will be based on an evaluation of the probable impact of the proposed activity on the public interest.

The comment period ends on 22 March, 2018, said USACE.
