The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and non-Federal Sponsor, Miami-Dade County, will be the organizers of an informational public meeting on the Miami-Dade County Back-Bay Coastal Storm Risk Management Feasibility Study.
USACE and the county will host this meeting September 10, from 5-7 p.m. at the North Shore Park & Youth Center located at 501 72nd Street, Miami Beach, FL 33141.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide the public an opportunity to learn more about the project alternatives and provide comments on the alternatives and the feasibility study.
As reported, the format of the meeting will be an informal open-house, where the public can attend any time during the meeting hours and staff from the Corps and Miami-Dade County will be available to answer questions.
