Russia’s Onezhsky Shipyard (Petrozavodsk, the Republic of Karelia) has successfully launched the Smelaya, a self-propelled hopper barge of Project NV-600.
The vessel is the second addition to the FSUE Rosmorport’s Makhachkala Branch.
