Dharanboodhoo Harbor development moves forward

Dharanboodhoo Harbor development moves forward

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) today announced the latest update regarding the F. Dharanboodhoo Harbor development program.

According to MTCC, work on the design and build of F. Dharanboodhoo Harbor is well underway, with an overall 50% project progress so far.

The installation works on precast concrete blocks required for quay wall construction have been completed.

Maintenance dredging works for the project is currently ongoing.

The project includes:

Total value of these works is MVR 38.2 million ($2.5 million).
