The contracted includes dredging six harbors: the Memphis Harbor/McKellar Lake in Memphis, Tennessee; Helena Harbor Phillips County in Helena-West Helena, Arkansas; New Madrid Harbor, Mile 889 in the city of New Madrid, Missouri; Osceola Harbor in the city of Osceola, Arkansas; Wolf River Harbor in Memphis, Tennessee; and Elvis Stahr Harbor in Hickman, Kentucky.

According to the Corps, the anticipated start date is July 1, 2021, with a scheduled completion date in February of 2022.

This contract was awarded in partnership with Randy Richardson, John Edward, Mayor Dick Bodi, Mayor Sally Longo Wilson, Robert Knecht, and Greg Curling.
