From Woodland to Kalama to Rainier, 6-year-old Stella has become a pro over the years at finding the best vantage points to see the Essayons in action – and say hi to her dad, Kevin Waisanen, one of USACE engineers, while he’s on board.
“My wife likes taking her out there and waving while we talk on the phone. Makes her feel more connected,” said Kevin Waisanen.
