Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) last week released the latest update on its F. Magoodhoo airport development project.
On November 16, MTCC mobilized the latest addition to its fleet – the cutter suction dredger Bodu Jarraafa – for the land reclamation operations in this area.
The company also completed the Bund Wall construction works, according to the update note.

The value of the project is MVR 206.88 million ($13.4 million).
The Bodu Jarraafa is the latest model of IHC Beaver cutter suction dredger, the Beaver B65 DDSP, capable of dredging at the depth of 18 meters.
