Dragflow delivers DRP dredge to Guatemala

Dragflow srl, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of heavy-duty submersible pumps with agitators and complete systems for dredging, recently delivered a remote-controlled dredger to a customer in Guatemala.

The dredger – designed for dredging in particularly complex and hard-to-reach environments – will restore the capacity of a network of dams in the country’s north.

Some of these dams are used for hydroelectric power generation, while others function as water storage facilities for some cities.

Despite their small size, the DRPs are powerful. They are available in different versions, can mount pumps of varying power, and are equipped with the most suitable accessories for the type of dredging required. The maximum production reaches 1000 cubic meters/hour.
