IHC Mining hosted Vale officials Álvaro Nacif de Carvalho and Nelson do Prado Junior earlier this week.
Together with IHC’s Geraldo Azevedo, they came in Kinderdijk to inspect the new Beaver® 45 dredger and the DMC workboat.
Also, the guests will be present for tests before the equipment travels to Brazil, said Royal IHC.
“The dredger will be working for our client Vale in the clean-up project in the Paraopeba river,” the company said.
According to IHC, the new vessels will be used to bring the operational performance to a next level of efficiency and consistency.
