According to the Army Corps, the project consists of maintenance dredging approximately 3,500,000 cubic yards of unclassified material from the Charleston Upper and Lower Harbor.
Work will be performed in Charleston and Berkeley County, South Carolina, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 9, 2024.
The dredged material is to be deposited in the Charleston Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site (ODMDS).
