“We successfully concluded a project in the Port of Termini Imerese in Sicily, where our trailing suction hopper dredger ‘Reynaert’ deepened the port and its access channel up to -10m,” said DEME.
This very important project will allow the port to accommodate larger ships.
The port, operating mostly in cargo shipping, is relatively close and integrated with the Port of Palermo (owned by the same Port Authority of Western Sicily).
