The work on Hulhumalé 3 began in September 2022.
The area is designated to allocate new housing plots under the Binveriya Scheme, announced by the Government.
This capital land reclamation project will be carried under three phases, according to Urbanco.
Upon completion, a total of 63 hectares of land will be added to Hulhumalé.
