Inland Dredging Co. LLC, from Dyersburg, Tennessee, has won a $39.7 million firm-fixed-price contract from USACE Memphis District for an important dredging project.
The work includes making or enlarging dredge cuts, construction of fills, construction of new harbor channels and dredging in various channels and harbors.
Bids for this contract were solicited via the internet with two received, according to the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD).
Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 31, 2027.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District, is the contracting activity.
