Port of Brisbane is now seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from interested parties to assist them with the design of a new dredge vessel.
“ We are seeking to partner with a designer that can share our vision and explore future, scalable dredger designs that can meet the future needs of the port which has the capability to perform multi-purpose dredging activities ,” said the Port.
Port of Brisbane is responsible for maintaining the depth of the shipping channel to ensure safe movement of commercial vessels.
“ It is essential to keeping the port open for business and powering Queensland’s economy ,” said the Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd.
