Premier Marinas Limited has announced that the 2024 dredging campaign is now underway at Brighton Marina.
The dredging program will be carried out between the external dredging contractor, ML Dredging and Premier Marinas’ own dredger ‘Doris’.
Brighton Marina is licensed by the MMO to remove 77,000 cubic meters or 100,000 tonnes of silt per year.
This year will see the harbor entrance and visitor bays being dredged first, followed by part of the center fairway, the southern fairway around to the lock and between pontoons 24 and 25.
