ASDR Canada has received its sixth Amphibex dredger in Caraquet, New Brunswick.

“ This dredger boasts an incredible excavation depth of 6.5 m (21′ 4″) and a superior pumping capacity of 4250 GPM ,” said the company.

“What’s more, the addition means that we now have the biggest fleet of Amphibex by NormRock equipment in North America.”

With the same size and tonnage as the Amphibex AE400, the AE450 offers better depth of excavation and pumping capacity to perform even more demanding tasks.

With a total length of 10.85 meters, the AE450 is still the same as the 400 in weight and dimensions. It also totals a working weight of approximately 22 metric tons.
