Orion Group Holdings recently won a $20 million marine construction project in the Port of Tampa, Florida.

The project, scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2024, includes construction of a new 481 ft by 125 ft Berth 218 to handle bulk materials.
The new berth will have additional breasting dolphins connected to the shore by walkways and onshore high wind mooring points.
“ This project is a prime example of the infrastructure upgrades needed throughout our country’s ports to diversify and expand port capabilities. We are proud to play a role in ensuring Port Tampa Bay, the largest Florida port, continues to serve as a critical hub for the regional economy ,” said Travis Boone , Chief Executive Officer of Orion Group Holdings.
The project’s goal is to enhance port operations and serve ongoing economic growth.
