Tan Cang Hiep Phuoc (TCHP) has successfully completed dredging operations in front of the Terminal D Cat Lai berth.

Now, the berth is ready to accommodate vessels with drafts up to -10.5m, effectively meeting the growing transportation demands of Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern region.

According to the maritime notice, the current depth in front of the berth is -11.3m, enabling the port to handle vessels up to 50,000 DWT.

This development provides favorable conditions for shipping lines to explore new routes with larger vessels and deeper drafts.
