DE Klop BV has provided design services to Mineros for the conversion of their recently acquired dredger Apoena.
As part of this project, DE Klop implemented several modifications to enhance the operational capabilities of the Apoena.
One of the key changes involved increasing the dredging depth , which is essential for the operation of the dredger.
Additionally, the cutting direction of the dredging wheel was modified to further optimize the dredger’s performance.
According to DE Klop, the dredger is now on its way to the mine site for final tests.
