Great Lakes Dock and Dredge (GLDD) from Houston, Texas, was awarded a $114.9 million firm-fixed-price contract for a beach nourishment program in New Jersey.
Bids were solicited via the internet with two received, the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) said.
Work will be performed in Manasquan, NJ, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 17, 2025.
According to DoD, fiscal 2025 civil construction funds in the amount of $114,979,976 were obligated at the time of the award.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is the contracting activity.
