Neptune Marine said the the cutter suction swing arm dredger 500 TRYM was loaded on a semi-submersible barge yesterday and is now ready to leave the yard towards The Bristol Port Company.
The new swing arm dredger has been designed specifically to meet the unique demands of the Bristol Port dredging projects and keeping the dock waterways navigable.
Also, the design has been made to allow for future green technologies to be incorporated and upgraded to continuously improve the vessels systems and support the ports environmental goals, Neptune said.
The delivery of the dredger TRYM is expected to be complete in the next couple of days.
