Over the past two years, Boskalis worked on the installation of the 433-kilometer-long gas export pipeline from the Scarborough gas field to the Pluto LNG facilities in Dampier, Western Australia.

Recently, Boskalis’ subsea rock installation vessel Seahorse completed the final phase of the works: installing strategically placed rock mounts at six critical subsea crossings.
“ These ‘berms’ are essential as part of the overall design to maintaining the pipeline’s position, safeguarding it from scouring and protecting it from the ocean conditions for decades to come ,” said Boskalis .
